Plant in moist, heavy loam soil at the edge of your natural pond or in 8 - 10 inch wide containers and place in your pond (with up to 2 inches of water above the top of the pot of mature plants) or plant in your water garden bog area or terrestrial garden, in full sun to part shade. Great for naturalizing as well! Spreads by running habit and grows to about 12 inches tall with a 12 inch spread. 8 inch fabric planters are ideal when placing this lovely pond plant in your pond, using heavy loam soil. Add a fertilizer tab each month throughout the growing season (June through September). May also be planted directly into the soil in your terrestrial garden.
