Plant your Pink Canna Sunburst in a large container--at least 12 inches wide by 12 inches deep, or an extra large fabric planter, using heavy loam soil and place in shallow water in your pond with an inch or two of water over the top of the pot. Place in full sun. Fertilize the canna in your pond with Waterlily World Fertilizer Tabs once a month, throughout the growing/blooming season, June through August. Lift bulbs after first frost, remove spent foliage, shake off excess soil and rinse with cold water. Allow rhizomes to air dry in a well ventilated place outdoors for a week and overwinter indoors in a dark, cool, dry place. Replant in spring after all danger of frost has passed.
