Perry's Double White Hardy Waterlily is an exquisite, medium sized waterlily with beautiful, free flowering, double-petaled, white blooms that are 4 - 6 inches in diameter. The blooms are stellate and stand above the surface of the water and above the solid green pads. The spread on this incredible waterlily is 3 - 4 feet, once established. Hybridized by Perry Slocum.
Plant your Perry's Double White Hardy Waterlily in a wide, shallow container using loam soil. (Please see our Home Page regarding instructions to prepare 'loam soil'.) Place the non growing side of the waterlily rhizome next to the side of the container, cover the roots with soil making sure that the crown of the plant remains exposed. Never add rocks or stones on the soil of your water garden plants as this may hinder their growth. Once planted, place the container in full sun, with 12 - 18 inches of water above the container. Make sure the plant is fully submerged. Once the plant is established, you may place it at a deeper depth of 24 inches.
Fertilize your waterlilies once a month with fertilizer tabs.
