Walter Pagels Hardy Waterlily has flowers in lovely shades of white complemented with green lily pads. This is a waterlily that has stood the test of time in the industry and is a dependable bloomer. This is a hardy waterlily with 3 - 4 inch blooms and 4 - 5 inch, green pads. The undersides of the pads are red. This waterlily has a 2 - 3 foot spread and is an excellent choice for tub or container gardens or small to medium ponds. This waterlily lends an elegant touch to your water feature and was hybridized by Strawn.
Plant your Walter Pagels Waterlily in a wide, shallow container using loam soil. Place the planted waterlily 8 - 18 inches beneath the surface of the water, in full sun. Deeper depths is for mature plants.
Fertilize once a month with fertilizer tabs throughout the growing/blooming season.
Never place rocks or stones on the soil as this will hinder the growth of your waterlily.
