Plant and Fish Guarantee

Please follow these directions or guarantees are void. 

LIVE PLANTS: 

Our live plants are guaranteed to arrive in good condition.
We ask that you contact us within 24 hours by email, 
PondQuestions@gmail.com to let us know that you have an issue. Send pictures to document plants that arrive in less than desirable condition. 

 

LOTUS: 

Lotus Tubers should not be planted until OUTDOOR temperatures are proper. Keep only refrigerated until that time (nights in 50s days low 80s, FULL - Direct Sun all day. Never indoors, never in any partial shade). 
- Lotus Must be reported within 10 days of planting with a photo as planted so we can determine why it may not be sprouting,
- NEVER dig up a lotus tuber or move the pot after planting.
- Report with photo 10 days after planting, not weeks or months later as that voids a guarantee. Send any photos and questions to PondQuestions@gmail.com

 

FISH, SNAILS, TADPOLES

Our fish, tadpoles and snails are shipped to industry standards and areguaranteed to arrive alive. It is your responsibility to get them into your pond as quickly as possible, once they are delivered.
-Do Not place the bag in any direct sunlight as fish will cook immediately given a greenhouse effect. 
-Do not open the bag until you are ready to release the live order at the pond.
-Do not 'float' the plastic bag containing your live order, as this will cook them, even on cloudy days. It is your responsibility to make sure your pond water is conditioned for the arrival of a live order as new ponds may contain unconditioned water containing chloramines, high ammonia levels or unsafe levels of other chemicals or heavy metals. It is important to test the water in your pond, especially a new pond, before adding live fish, snails or tadpoles to your pond.
