Islamorada Tropical or Annual Waterlily is a stunning purple waterlily with unique white flecked striations throughout the petals. Tropical waterlilies grow beautifully throughout the US, in the north they are considered annuals. Islamorada is a viviparous waterlily, is medium in size and looks great in medium to large ponds.The attractive green pads on the Islamorada Waterlily complement this unique and unusual specimen nicely.
Plant this lovely waterlily in loam soil, using wide, shallow containers and place 1 - 2 feet beneath the surface of the water, in full sun.
Waterlilies are heavy feeders--Fertilize with Waterlily World Pond Tabs or Landon's Granular Fertilizer, for healthy plants and robust bloom!
