Purple Arrowhead is a newer selection of sagittaria growing 8-14 inches tall with purple to purple with green leaves and stems making for a striking and mysterious shelf plant great for filtering the water, bringing pollinators and sparking discussion on where you found such a beautiful and interesting plant!
Arrowhead are dormant in fall and winter so we can only ship these in Spring and Summer.
Hardy to zones 5-12
Plant in a 10 inch or wider fabric pot up at the waters surface where soil is always damp to just 1 inch for best results and never top with any stones as this plant needs to breathe. Does best in full sun, 5 hours or more including midday sun. Fertilize with one or two fertilizer tablets each month during growing season.
