Plant in full sun. Lift tender bulbs after first frost in the fall, remove spent foliage and shake off any soil clinging to the rhizome. Rinse rhizome in cold water and air dry in a well ventilated area for a week. Store in a dark, cool, dry location over the winter months. Replant in the spring after all danger of frost has passed.
Fertilizing Instructions
When planting in containers in your pond, we recommend Waterlily World Fertilizer Tabs + Humates for best bloom, optimum plant growth and ease of use. Simply press the fertilizer tabs into the soil near the roots of your canna, once a month, throughout the growing/blooming season, June through August.
