Galaxy Waterlily Plant Description
Galaxy Tropical Waterlily is one of the most stunning, purple waterlilies we have seen. Almost 100 petals drenched in rich, dark-purple hues surround the sunny-yellow centers! This is the heaviest flowering, purple, annual waterlily to be found! The Galaxy Waterlily flowers are complemented with richly mottled pads in shades of red and purple, making this an exotic pairing. The Galaxy Waterlily was hybridized by hybridizers, Ao and Bon Weerada. Galaxy Waterlily is simply 'Out of this World'!
Planting Instructions
Plant your Galaxy Waterlily in a wide, shallow container using loam soil. Place the newly planted waterlily 6 inches beneath the surface of the water, in full sun. Once your Galaxy Waterlily is established and the roots have taken hold in the soil, you may place your Galaxy Waterlily deeper in the pond. Place 1 - 2 feet beneath the surface of the water, in full sun.
Fertilizing Instructions
We use, sell and recommend a slow release fertilizer like 'Waterlily World Fertilizer Tabs', for optimum growth, best bloom and ease of use. Simply press 3 - 4 tabs into the soil, once each month, throughout the growing and blooming months.
