Red Symphony Lotus will make melodies in your heart with the splendid red, majestic flowers that look beautiful next to the green foliage. The lush, multi-petal blooms have golden centers that accent this lotus beautifully. Red Symphony Lotus will be music to your eyes! Red Symphony Lotus grows to 48 inches tall and is a showstopper in your pond or container garden.
Plant this tall lotus in a wide container 24 - 48 inches wide, using loam soil. Add 4 - 6 inches of water above the soil and place where your lotus will receive 8 - 10 hours of sunlight daily.
Do Not fertilize until you have aerial leaves growing out of the water.
How To Fertilize Your Lotus
Once you have aerial leaves on your lotus, you may fertilize with 1/2 the recommended dosage for your first feeding. After your initial 1/2 dose, fertilize your tall lotus 3 - 4 fertilizer tabs every three week throughout the growing/blooming months. Your last feeding should be in early September. This will allow your lotus to go into dormancy naturally.
We recommend Waterlily World Fertilizer Tabs for optimum growth and best bloom.
